This one dosnt make sense? Light is a word that is used in reference. Unless compared to something else, light has no meaning. 10 ponds is a light amount? well in comparison to 100 pounds 10 pounds it is indeed light, but in comparison to 1 pound, 10 pounds is rather heavy. So in comparison to every other one of my MOCs this MOC indeed does have light armor.

that would work, if armor wasnt only measured by weight. it can also be measured with size. which is why i said "that makes sense." say you took a light material, for example leather, and made it into a breast plate, and put several layers of it, say about 3 inches, would it still be light? how about a full suit of knight's armor, on average they would weigh about 45 pounds if made from tempered steel. but what if we made it out of a lighter metal then steel, but just as strong as steel. and still just as thick as the plates the tempered steel suit would be. it would be lighter, but it would still be considered a heavy armor.

As i said before, light measures weight and not size, durability or materials, simply weight. And as i also said before, light is a word thats meaningless unless in a frame of reference, in which case Sideways has a LIGHTER set of armor than other MOCs. That being said i have no idea what material his armor is made of, but i know that its light enough for him to move quicker than other MOCS with heavier armor even though his armor is not the smallest or most slick, infact there are alot of other MOCs with slimmer sets of armor, but just are heavier than his. Thus still containing him in the LIGHT armor category. Now this debate is getting quite off topic and irrelevant, how about we agree to stop it.

For the record, "light" in regards to armor is actually a reference to it's encumbrance, not it's actual weight. A set of armor that would be considered light on, for example, a genetically engineered superhuman would very likely be considered heavier on anyone else.

That aside, any armor, at all, is a detriment to the Assassin, as they're supposed to blend in, and armor only ever serves to make someone stand out.
